Is there a minimum stay?
Depends. Park Hyatt, Andaz, Thompson, & Miraval bookings do not have a minimum night stay requirement. Grand Hyatt, Regency, Centric, Alila, Unbound require only a 1-night stay to trigger all benefits. Finally — Ziva, Zilara, and AMR have a 3-4 night minumum.
What is the “Standard Rate”?
These benefits apply to the “Best Available Rate” or “Flexible Rate.” It matches the price you see on Hyatt.com, but excludes non-refundable prepaid rates or member-only discounts.
How do I book?
You cannot book these rates on Hyatt’s public website. You must use a registered agency like Classic Travel to access them.
