Once you are logged into our system, you can view the “Rosewood Elite” rates directly on each property page. These rates are clearly labeled and match the hotel’s flexible Best Available Rate.
Is the property credit fixed at $100?
While $100 is the standard for Guestrooms, Rosewood is unique in offering higher credits for Suite bookings (typically $125 or more). Additionally, for international properties, the credit is often equivalent to 100 EUR or 85 GBP to maintain its value.
What are “Kicker” amenities?
Kicker amenities are property-specific bonuses that change seasonally. For example, at Rosewood Little Dix Bay, this might be a private beach drop-off, or at Rosewood London, it could be a specialized culinary treat. We will confirm the specific “Kicker” available for your dates.
Does the property credit cover everything?
Generally, the credit can be used for Food & Beverage or Spa services. It typically excludes boutique purchases, dry cleaning, and third-party tours. Suite bookings often receive a higher credit (starting at $125 USD).

These rates are restricted and cannot be booked via standard travel sites. They are only available through authorized Rosewood Elite partners. We handle the entire booking process to ensure all benefits are correctly attached to your profile.
What is the upgrade policy?
Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in. However, because Elite bookings are pre-registered, the hotel tries to secure the upgrade for you as early as the morning of your arrival.
