No. These rates are exclusively available through invitation-only travel agencies. You cannot find them on public booking sites or the official app.
Is the “At Booking” upgrade guaranteed?
It is subject to availability, but unlike other programs that wait until check-in, we check the inventory at the moment you book. If the next category is open, it is confirmed immediately.
Are all Shangri-La properties included?
The majority of Shangri-La, Kerry, and Jen hotels participate. Traders Hotels are generally excluded from this specific program.
Is there a minimum stay for the $100 credit?
No. One-night stays qualify for the full $100 property credit, making this an exceptional value for short city breaks or business trips.
