Is there a fee for booking Jumeirah Passport to Luxury?
No. When you book via an authorized partner like Classic Travel, there are no booking fees. You pay the hotel directly just as you would on Jumeirah.com, but with all the added amenities included.
How do the rates compare to the hotel’s website?
The Passport to Luxury rate is exactly the same as the “Best Available Rate” (BAR). It is a flexible, non-prepaid rate. While the hotel might offer a “Member Rate” that is slightly lower, that rate usually lacks the $100 credit, breakfast, and upgrade priority, making the Passport rate a much better value.
Can I earn Jumeirah One points?
Yes. Because these are direct-channel bookings, you earn full points and stay credits toward your Jumeirah One loyalty status. You can simply add your member number to the reservation.
What is the credit amount for international stays?
For properties outside the US, the credit is usually converted into the local currency. Typically, this is 100 USD, 75 GBP, or 75 EUR per stay, depending on the specific property’s policy.
Does this program offer any family benefits?
Yes. Passport to Luxury bookings receive priority for connecting room requests, which is a major advantage for families traveling to large resorts like Madinat Jumeirah.
What are the cancellation policies?
