When is Embarkation and Disembarkation?
Embarkation usually starts at 15:00 and remains open until 30 minutes before departure. Our team welcomes you, assists with luggage, and ensures a smooth start. Disembarkation occurs in the morning after clearance, with luggage and transfers arranged for a seamless departure.
What documents are needed for boarding?
Guests must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond the voyage, with the name matching the booking. Passport details, nationality, medical conditions, and preferences are collected after final payment. Guests are responsible for visas, entry permits, and health documents. A health questionnaire must be completed within 72 hours before departure. Boarding is denied without proper documentation, and fares are non-refundable.

What is the dress code onboard?
Yacht Casual attire is recommended for most occasions. Formal wear such as a sport coat, cocktail dress, or tuxedo is suggested for La Table de L’Orient Express and gala evenings. Casual chic is suitable for relaxed shore excursions.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas such as the Speakeasy bar and outdoor decks. It is prohibited on balconies and terraces.
Are pets allowed onboard?
Only assistance dogs are permitted. Guests must book a balcony suite for ventilation and provide proper documentation.

Are children allowed?
Children aged 2–12 are welcome on select sailings, with family-friendly programs, activities, and babysitting services available.
Is there a children’s program?
Yes. The Les Petits Voyageurs program offers tailored activities for younger guests, ensuring they enjoy the voyage as much as adults.
Can dietary preferences be accommodated?
Most dietary requests (gluten-free, low sodium, allergies) can be accommodated if communicated in advance. Religious meals cannot be guaranteed.
Health, Safety & Accessibility
Are medical services available on board?
Yes. The yacht features a fully equipped hospital on Deck 3 with a pharmacy, emergency equipment, X-ray capability, and tools for initial diagnosis. A doctor and nurse are on call 24/7, and all crew are trained in first aid. Guests should bring personal medications and prescriptions. Specialist consultations can be arranged ashore or on board, and medical staff may accompany guests on higher-risk activities.
Can a pregnant guest join the cruise?
Yes, provided you do not reach your 24th week of pregnancy at any point during the cruise. A medical certificate from a gynecologist confirming fitness to travel through the end of the voyage is required at boarding. Please note that the yacht is not equipped for pregnancy or childbirth assistance.
Can someone with mobility limitations join the cruise?
Yes. The yacht offers two accessible suites near the elevators, as well as wheelchair-friendly public spaces. Emergency-use wheelchairs are available, though guests should bring their own if needed. Guests with disabilities may participate in all included experiences, with certain activities adapted for accessibility. Travelers must be self-sufficient or accompanied for shore experiences, and additional assistance can be arranged at an extra cost.
