Our luxury experience began the moment we landed, with the Ritz-Carlton Bali butler service greeting us at the airport. This was a truly high-touch and seamless start. They took care of our luggage and ushered us into a luxurious SUV for a comfortable, 30-minute drive to the property. On the way, we were treated to cold towels, refreshing water, and delicious chocolates, which set an exceptional tone for our stay.
Upon entering the beautiful property gates, we were met by our dedicated butler in the elegant lobby. He greeted us with another set of fresh towels and a special welcome drink inspired by the surrounding region. The check-in process was effortless, and our butler then escorted us via a golf cart to our upgraded room. As a Marriott Ambassador Elite member, we were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift: a wonderful chocolate spread, fresh strawberries, and a lovely bottle of wine, which was the perfect way to kick off my wife’s birthday celebration.
A standout feature of our stay was the unparalleled, personalized service. Our butler was constantly in touch with us daily via WhatsApp, making sure she had visibility on how she could assist us. She was instrumental in arranging our transportation for dinners, breakfasts, and even took us to and from the ATM just off the property, making every aspect of our stay effortless and convenient.

Our upgraded suite was absolutely beautiful, a spacious and private retreat located on the lower property with direct access to a stunning lagoon pool. The room was meticulously appointed with every amenity we could possibly need. We were impressed that if we forgot anything or ran out of a product, the staff had a replacement available for us in a quick turnaround time. Being able to walk right out our back door for a private swim was a fantastic, peaceful alternative to always having to be in front of people at the main pool.
While the pristine beach was stunning, we found ourselves drawn to the main pool area, which was a hub of activity. It was surrounded by massive pools, fire pits, and spacious cabanas. We spent many hours on the comfortable daybeds, enjoying the beautiful sun and the constant, attentive service from all the employees. We also loved relaxing on the daybeds by the ocean with our feet in the sand, listening to the waves. We noticed the water really ran with the tides out on the ocean; in the mornings, the water was high on the beach, while in the afternoons and evenings, it receded dramatically. This constant change was a mesmerizing spectacle.
The resort is a perfect spot for families, with a dedicated Kids Club where children can play and stay entertained while adults enjoy their own time. It also offers a variety of bars and restaurants, providing plenty of options for an evening out.
