Elevated Serenity: A 2026 Review of the Four Seasons Las Vegas

For many, Las Vegas Blvd is a ritual of walking, shopping, eating, drinking, and gambling. However, the Strip can actually be an extremely relaxing environment for those who know where to look.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas is the pinnacle of this quality, relaxing environment. Having undergone full room upgrades in 2025, the property feels more luxurious than ever.

While the hotel opened alongside Mandalay Bay in 1999, it maintains a unique identity by owning the top five floors of the resort. I was unaware of this before my visit, as the dedicated lobby sits prominently on the front side of the resort along the Strip.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner Advantage

To maximize the experience, I recommend booking through the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program. This exclusive channel ensures you are treated as a top-tier guest regardless of your previous history with the brand.

By utilizing this advantage, you bypass the standard booking experience and unlock a level of service that matches the high-end energy of the lobby.

Four Seasons Preferred Partner Perks Included:

  • Daily Breakfast for Two: Available at the newly updated restaurant or via in-room dining.

  • Resort Credit: Can be used toward the five-star spa or poolside cocktails.

  • Room Upgrade: Priority given for a bump to the next room category upon arrival.

  • Welcome Amenity: Personalized treats and notes to kick off the stay.

  • Late Check-out: More time to enjoy the private pool on your departure day.

Arrival

If you are driving yourself, you can park in the Mandalay Bay deck and access the lobby from the right side of the casino. However, the true Four Seasons experience begins at the private valet entrance on the Strip.

Upon entering the side entrance, a gigantic staircase leads you into an atmosphere of top-notch quality. The lobby is anchored by a large reception desk and a coffee bar, all centered around a grand entrance featuring a massive floral bouquet that is refreshed every month.

The Hotel

The hotel’s layout is a masterclass in “hotel-within-a-hotel” design. After check-in, you pass through a hallway lined with high-end boutiques and the five-star spa.

The elevators serve as a private gateway, whisking you past the thousands of Mandalay Bay rooms directly to the top five floors. Because of this height, just about every viewpoint from the property is spectacular.

The Suite & Room

We have experienced a wide range of accommodations here, from traditional double queens to the massive Presidential Suites. The 2025 updates have introduced a clean, vibrant decor that stands out as one of our favorite styles.

The traditional rooms feature beautiful arched doorways that provide a sense of architectural character. The higher-tier suites are even more impressive, featuring a half-bath at the entrance and a massive master bathroom anchored by a Jacuzzi tub.

Unique In-Room Amenities

The rooms are packed with technology and thoughtful touches. You will find unique integrated lighting and high-quality in-room audio systems.

Furthermore, the welcome amenities provided through Classic Travel add a personal layer to the experience that makes the room feel like a home rather than a hotel.

Presidential Suite Features

For those needing ultimate space, the Presidential Suites are fantastic. Walking in, you are immediately taken back by the massive living room and the multiple panes of glass overlooking the Strip.

If you wish to host a private event, the hotel will bring in a chef to prepare a full lunch or dinner at your dining table. For those who prefer to bring their own family and food, the suite includes a full kitchen connected to the dining area.

Restaurants and Lounges

The dining scene has been recently transformed with fresh updates.

  • Breakfast & Lunch Area: This space features sweeping open doors with views of the pool and Mandalay Bay. It is a vibrant spot for a high-quality start to the day.

  • The Evening Restaurant: Owned by an external company, this high-end steakhouse takes over the space after 3:00 PM for a premier dinner experience.

  • The Lobby Bar: At night, nice little fireplaces are lit between the lobby and the pool. It is a perfect spot for cocktails or catching up on work with a laptop.

Amenities, Gym, & Pool

The Four Seasons offers a private, quiet pool exclusively for its guests. It is tranquil and inviting—a perfect spot to rest in the sun. If you want more energy, you also have full access to the massive Mandalay Bay beach and wave pool.

The gym is another standout feature. It is a multi-room “gymnasium” that is surprisingly large for a boutique-style hotel. You never feel squished, as there is plenty of room between you and other guests.

Final Closing

The Four Seasons Las Vegas is the perfect retreat for a relaxing Strip vacation. For those flying into the private terminals, the hotel is directly across the street from Signature Las Vegas.

The hotel even offers a complimentary pickup from the airport to make your arrival seamless. If you want the edge of Vegas with the peace of a five-star resort, this is the place to be.
